Once appointment has been discussed & agreed upon, please fill out & Submit form below. If you have not contacted me, please do so before filling out form & paying deposit to assure appointment availability!
A $25 deposit is due at the time of booking and reserves the mini session date & time only. All deposits are non-refundable and/or cannot be transferred. Spots for slots will not be secured until the deposit is made, Lydia Orozco is not obligated to hold desired session date and time if the deposit is not made by client, No exceptions.
It is to the client's understanding that the duration of the mini session is 20 minutes only. It is also to their understanding that the only props that will be provided are the ones that are shown in the ad photos per set up. Mini sessions are only done on specified dates, times, and location of the photographer's choosing.
Running late can sometimes happen, but it is to the client's understanding that any time running late will be taken from session time. With mini sessions there is only 10 minute windows between each session. If client is running more than 10 minutes late to a scheduled mini session, this will result in an appointment cancellation. This is done to not interfere with other mini session appointments scheduled in the day.
As these Sessions require much prop travel and/or Set up, It is to the client's understanding that if they cannot attend to their scheduled session, or fails to appear to the session, Client is forfeiting their deposit for these minis and understands that reschedules cannot be done. Photographer also maintains the right to reschedule if needed due to inclement weather, illness, emergency, etc.
The Photographer is not responsible if the Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during the session, or for missed images due to details not revealed to the Photographer. If the Client and/or key individuals fail to appear to a scheduled portrait session, the Deposit/Session Fee is non-refundable.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY: If any accident or incident should occur during the incident it is to each clients understanding that Lydia Orozco DBA L&R Photography is not liable for any accidents or injuries that should occur. All parents are responsible for their children during the session at all times. Actual Lemonade will be used in sessions, any allergies to lemonade should be discussed with me, Lydia Orozco DBA L&R Photography as I am not liable for any allergic reactions that may occur.
COVID-19 LIABILITY RELEASE:
With the current pandemic being underway, Client is knowingly and willingly consent to a photography sessions with Lydia E. | L&R Photography. Client understands the COVID-19 virus has a long incubation period, during which carriers of the virus may not show any signs or symptoms, and still be highly contagious. Client understand Lydia Orozco, photographer at Lydia E. | L&R Photography will take all precautions suggested with COVID-19 prevention, but it is impossible to determine who has it and who does not, given the current limitations in virus testing. Client understands that should they be diagnosed to be COVID-19 positive within 14 days following my session with Lydia E. | L&R Photography, they will contact Lydia Orozco to advise her of positive diagnosis. Should the situation arise, Lydia E. | L&R Photography is released from any and all liability associated with receiving a COVID-19 positive diagnosis following our session. With booking the session client confirms that they or any parties attending the session are not presenting any of the following symptoms of COVID-19: Fever, Shortness of breath, Dry cough, Runny nose, Sore throat, and should anyone attending session present any of these symptoms, 14 days prior up to the day of my scheduled session, Lydia E. | L&R Photography will be contacted reschedule the session. Lydia E. | L&R Photography reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session at any point in time due to COVID-19 implemented regulations, health concerns, possible exposure, or arising symptoms of COVID-19, and is not liable for any costs accrued by the client (i.e. hair appointments, cakes, balloons, etc.) in association with my session. Clients also understands that anyone not being photographed and attending the session are required to wear masks during our session and are willing to do so. Clients are to not have any direct physical contact with Lydia Orozco during our session with Lydia E. | L&R Photography, this includes you being responsible for handling your child(ren) that are there for the photo session. And lastly, because Lydia E. | L&R Photography’s studio is located in her home, as a precautionary measure only 2 adults will be allowed with the child(ren) being photographed & Lydia Orozco has the right to ask any additional persons to leave.
COPYRIGHT & PENALTIES:
The Photographer has full copyright ownership to any photographs she captures. All Images are protected under Federal Copyright Law and remain the copyright of the Photographer. It is Illegal to copy, scan, download, print, modify, re-produce, or otherwise steal any image created by the Photographer unless purchased through booking a session. This applies to
images posted in a Private Online Gallery, Blog, Facebook, Instagram, Hard Copy Images, etc. Printing rights are not the same as Copyright. Printing rights are included once the digital files are release to the Clients. This allows the client to Print images for personal use and share images on social media. If you, the Client, have any questions regarding copyright and the use of photographs please contact the Photographer.
The Photographer will handpick the session's best images. Each of these images will be retouched and enhanced based on the Photographer's artistic vision. The Photographer reserves the right to edit and release only those deemed creditable as profession in quality and within Photographer's artistic standards. The Client's final Gallery images will be archived with the Photographer for 1 month from the session date. Print and product orders are placed through the online gallery that is provided to the client. All orders are fulfilled through a Professional Photo Lab and are guaranteed to be of the highest quality. Payment is due in full at the time of the order. Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales are
final. However, should something not meet the Client's expectations, it is the Client's responsibility to contact the Photographer and the Photographer will work to resolve the issue to the Client's satisfaction. Product Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 weeks of placing the order. However, specialty or large orders can take up to six weeks.
DIGITIAL FILES/SOCIAL MEDIA:
Digital Image Finals are delivered in your Private Online Gallery. All images on gallery provided to you are yours to keep. All images are high resolution, for unlimited personal printing and can be used for web and social media purposes. The Client may share blog post links, Facebook posts, etc. through the use of the share functions and dissemination of direct links. The Client shall not add additional filters or edit the images further in any way. The web-sized images are for online sharing, such as Facebook, Instagram, blogs, email, etc. Web-sized images have been optimized to look best online but will not print well. When
applicable, please leave the watermark on the photos when sharing. This is for the Client's protection as well as the Photographer's. It is Clients responsibility to download and save all their final images from their gallery while it is published. Once gallery is taken down images are not guaranteed to be kept/archived by photographer, due to high volume of appointments.
Digital Finals are delivered to client email 7-14 days after session date.
Payments are accepted via Zelle, Apple Pay, Credit Card, or Cash ONLY. No other payments will be accepted.
For all Card transactions there is an additional 4% service fee. Remaining Balance of $100 is due at the time of Session NO EXCEPTIONS
The Model Release form grants the Photographer the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the Client, Client's child/children, or other photos from the session. For good and valuable consideration herein acknowledged as received, and by signing release, Client herby gives the Photographer and Assigns Client's permission to license the images and to use the images in any media for any purpose (Except pornographic of defamatory) which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing, and packaging for any product or service. The Client agrees that the images may be combined with other images, text and graphics, and cropped, altered, or modified. The Client agrees that all rights to the images belong to the Photographer and Assigns unless otherwise stated in writing. The Client acknowledges and agrees that they have no further right to additional consideration or accounting, and that they will make no further clam to any reason to the Photographer and/or Assigns. The Client acknowledges and agrees that this release is binding upon their heirs and assigns. The Client agrees that this release is irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual.
By Paying Booking Deposit below, you, the Client, are stating that you have read and understood the information in the Model Release. Model Release approval must be made by a Parent/Guardian if any photo session participants are under 18 years of age. By booking below, you agree that you're the parent/guardian of any photo session participants under 18 years of age and are approving the Model Release for them.
Mommy & Me/Daddy & Me Mini Sessions will be hosted weekday mornings (9 AM-11AM) in the Month of June by appointment only
These Minis will be hosted at the my Home Studio, address will be provided in the preparation guide.
